After the recent success of WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view episode, WWE production is now gearing up for its next event, the WWE Elimination Chamber. As the match cards for the said event was revealed, predictions for each matchup was also a hot discussion. And one of that prediction is that John Cena will lose the WWE Championship title to Bray Wyatt.
As the WWE Elimination Chamber is only four days away from now, production and marketing promotion for the said event is already in full swing. And to make it more successful, WWE assembled all the best superstar in the SmackDown brand and set them to bout in the event. Now, the complete list of matches is disclosed to wrestling fans.
According to WWE.com, four scheduled matchups will headline the WWE Elimination Chamber that promise to give WWE fans and aficionados thrilling and exciting contest every single bout. Here's the full list of the matchup:
SmackDown Turmoil Tag Team Championship Match
Tag Team Champion American Alpha will defend their title against five more tag team partners that include The Usos, The Ascension, Breezango, Slater & Rhyno and The Vaudevillains. The Turmoil Match will begin with two teams and as one team is eliminated another tag partner will enter until one team will be left standing. Will American Alpha retain the title?
Nikki Bella vs Natalya
The rivalry between the two Divas began in last year Survivor Series as Natalya violently attacked Nikki that makes The Fearless One unable to compete on the event. The "Queen of Black Hearts" also accused Nikki of riding to John Cena's success and don't deserve her popularity. And to settle things between them, WWE Commissioner Shane McMahon arranged the match. Who will emerge on the top between the two Divas?
Alexa Bliss vs Naomi for SmackDown Women's Championship
Alexa Bliss insults Naomi for a couple of weeks but Naomi got her revenge by beating the Women's champion in successive tag team over the week. And now, Bliss will try to pick up her reputation while Naomi wants to win his first ever title. Can Alexa Bliss redeem herself and foils Naomi's bid for her first title?
WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match
The culminating match of the said event wherein WWE Champion John Cena will defend the title against five established superstars that consist of AJ Styles, Bray Wyatt, Intercontinental Champ Dean Ambrose, Baron Corbin and The Miz. The winner is said to be facing Randy Orton in the main event of WrestleMania 33 for the title.
Meanwhile, Sportskeeda releases its prediction on each match up saying that the American Alpha will be the last team standing and still retain the SmackDown Tag Team Title while Nikki Bella will beat Natalya and avenged the humiliation brought by her former best friend.
On the other hand, Alexa Bliss will still be the SmackDown Women's champion and fend off Naomi's bid to the title. And for the main event, Bray Wyatt is predicted to emerge as the new WWE Champion and the right to face Randy Orton at WrestleMania 33.
