Huawei released a teaser that announces the launch of Honor V9 mobile phone. The teaser image has hidden information and Honor V8's successor will hit the tech market on February 21, 2017, as per the new reports.
The teaser was spotted on has been spotted on China's microblogging platform, Weibo. Similar to Honor 6X and Honor 8, Honor V9 is also expected to feature a dual rear camera setup. It can be seen that this launch comes is few days ahead of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
The Honor V9 flagship was seen with many leaks and rumors earlier. But, the present teaser image indicates that Honor V9 Smartphone will feature water resistant capabilities as the image is set against a backdrop of ocean water and it could hint the same.
According to BGR, with reference to the Tech Radar report, Chinese swimmer Sun Yang will serve as the spokesperson for the Honor V9. As per the other leaks, the Honor V9 flagship is hinted to sport a metal unibody design, and the front panel of the device will come sans the home button. The fingerprint sensor will sit on the rear panel of the handset.
The Huawei Honor V9 flagship is expected to come with a combination of the 12-megapixel camera with the 2-megapixel camera at the back offering high quality, DSLR-like images. The front part of the phone will carry an 8-megapixel camera for selfies.
Also, it is expected that Huawei Honor V9 will feature a 5.7-inch quad HD display offering 2560×1440 pixels resolution, an octa-core SoC clocked at 2.4GHz, two variants with - 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage, a 3,900mAh battery, and is expected to run on it will run Android 7.0 Nougat with Huawei's Emotion UI (EMUI) 5.0 layered on top.
