Recent report revealed the tentative release date of the said game and hinted some new features for it.

According to Tech Radar, earlier reports have it that the "Grand Theft Auto 6" will be available by next year (2018) but due to the recent development of "Red Dead Redemption 2" game and the GTA Online mode, Rockstar Games are said to be forced to delay the release of GTA 6 by 2020. Though it still a long wait for loyal fans of the game, it would be worth of waiting for them.
The RDR2 game is set to be release in Fall this year while GTA Online is undergoing regular content updates giving Rockstar Games a hard time of developing the "GTA 6" at this moment. But gamers will surely watch out this upcoming episode of the game as one report disclosed some new features such as new location and characters.
According to IGN, "Grand Theft Auto" have introduced cities like San Andreas, Vice City and Liberty City and this time around there are rumors that the location map would feature the whole United States. Though this would be an extravagant concept, it won't be impossible for the developer to make it happen in this new era of the game console.
The report also says that Rockstar Games will present a new female main character aside from the three male characters in the campaign. Though it is not clear what would be the role of the main female lead, many fans and aficionado of the game are happy to have the new character that would surely give new storyline of the game.
