'Dumbo' Movie Latest Update: Will Smith Rejects Role, Production Starts This Summer

The upcoming movie, "Bad Boys for Life", would possibly be cancelled as rumors recently skyrocketed that Will Smith would be casted in a classic adaptation movie called "Dumbo". Disney has announced its plans of a "Dumbo" movie in 2016 and it just recently that they started to pick up the actors for the movie.

According to The Wrap, Tim Burton will be the film's director. Will Smith was once reported to be in talks with the filmmakers of "Dumbo" but this is not anymore the case now. According to Movie Web, Star Magazine says that Disney and Smith couldn't come up with an agreement over the salary that the superstar would be getting. Schedule was also an issue.

Disney is also reported to be doing the best of what it can to put on a release date. However, Smith, then again, couldn't clear up his busy schedule. There was also a lack of incentives coming from Disney.
