"Prison Break Season 5" Spoilers And Updates: Creator Confirms Deaths, Michael Alive But Not The Same

'Prison Break Season 5' returns this year after a 7-year break featuring the return of Wentworth Miller and his on screen brother Dominic Purcell. Series creator Paul Scheuring has teased a few details regarding the show including possible plot lines and deaths.

'Prison Break Season5' may take its inspiration from an ancient Greek story according to Paul Scheuring. The creator posted on his Twitter account advising fans to read up on the 2500-year-old story, the Odyssey as it contains clues on 'Prison Break Season 5.'

A fan then expressed her concern with a tweet regarding Paul Scheuring's post on 'Prison Break Season 5.' She mentions that Odysseus from the Odyssey will have his crew members die on the course of his journey which could mean that some of the supporting characters could die during the course of the season as well. The creator confirmed the fan's fears as he revealed that there will be deaths on 'Prison Break Season 5.'

In a separate post, Paul Scheuring teased about the possibility of Lincoln dying on 'Prison Break Season 5.' Lincoln's brother is already dead so maybe it will be his turn this time around.

One of the most sought after questions for fans of 'Prison Break Season 5' is Michael Scofield's death. The last episode of 'Prison Break' showed the protagonist's death by electrocution and subsequent burial which assured everyone of his death.

'Prison Break Season 5' however will still star Wentworth Miller who played Scofield on the show which has raised questions on his role. Paul Scheuring has confirmed in Twitter that Micheal is indeed dead but Wentworth Miller but implied that the fan-favorite will not be the same.

Meanwhile, beside the two main protagonists, other supporting characters are set to return for 'Prison Break Season 5.' Sucre, Sara Tancredi and Kellerman have all been confirmed to return according to Digital Spy. 'Prison Break Season 5' will premiere on Apr 4, 2017.
