Amidst all this, what is intriguing is that Carl Grimes, who plays Chandler Riggs, recently read the script and tweeted the words of appreciation for it.

There are reports that "The Walking Dead" Season 8 will start airing in October 2017. Chandler Riggs is one of the main characters of the series who is present with the AMC zombie series from the first season onwards. He and his father Rick, played by Andrew Lincoln, are the characters who have survived the longest. They are present in all the seasons of the series. Meanwhile, he tweeted that he considers the period of a season's finale and getting next script the coolest.

With Scavengers betraying Rick and joining Negan, Rick is left with Jadis and her gang, whom he supplied with huge amount of guns and ammunition. "The Walking Dead" Season 8  might witness the fall of Scavengers, one by one. Also, Negan's right hand Simon could be seen heading a war against Rick.

Although, the character of Enid never finds mentions in The Walking Dead comic, she might feature in "The Walking Dead" Season 8 and is likely to pursue her relationship with Maggie. This could be substantiated by the fact that the last remaining member of the Rhee or Greene family acts as a motherly figure.

The first trailer of "The Walking Dead" Season 8 is likely to arrive in the month of July at San Diego Comic Con. Stay tuned for more updates.
