Since February of this year former USL Professional Soccer player Koby "Kwab" Osei- Wusu has been in Spain playing with FC Malaga City. Since then he has appeared in 19 matches and has contributed 4 goals. In may at the end of last season Malaga won the league and gain promotion to Spain's Division de honor. Now they are trying to repeat the same feat again and gain promotion to Spain's Tercera (Thrid) Division.

Osei-Wusu played with both Richmond Kickers in the USL Championship and captained Orlando City B in USL League One during his time in America. He also played a match with MLS side D.C. United in the Audi International Cup against Olimpia of Honduras. During his time in College he played 4 years with the George Washington Colonials winning one A-10 Regular season Championship.

There has been interest from clubs and talks of Koby returning to play in the United States in either the USL or the MLS after his time in Spain. It is always possible that he chooses to remain in Spain and continue to explore his options in Europe or even stay with Malaga City as they seem to be on quite the success train at the moment.
