Heated Exchange Between Dillon Brooks and LeBron James

After the Grizzlies defeated the Lakers in Game 2, Brooks told reporters that he wished he could have guarded James when he was with the Cavaliers or Heat because it would have been a harder task than it is now.

When asked if he was worried about "poking the proverbial bear," Brooks doubled down on his comments by saying that he doesn't care because James is old.

Brooks and James had some heated exchanges during Game 2, with James making a shot over Brooks in the third quarter and sparking a back-and-forth between the two players. After hitting a 3-pointer in the fourth quarter, Brooks responded by staring down James.

James had success against Brooks in Game 1, scoring 15 of his 28 points on 6-for-10 shooting with Brooks as his primary defender. In Game 2, James put up another 28 points but struggled from the 3-point range (1-for-8).

As the series moves to Los Angeles with the score tied at 1-1, all eyes will be on the matchup between Brooks and James at Crypto.com Arena.

Despite the Grizzlies still being three wins away from advancing past the Lakers, Brooks' trash talk has added an extra layer of drama to this already intense playoff series.
