The East won 125-115.

Lakers great Shaquille O'Neal gave his thoughts on a possible Los Angeles statue for LeBron James.

In an interview, the big man mentioned to NBA insider Brandon "Scoop B" Robinson that he is okay with the proposition if the purple-and-gold franchise gives him the honor.

O'Neal added that James delivered an NBA Championship to the franchise, even if many say it doesn't count due to the bubble. He pointed out that if people do not count the 2020 Championship, they also should not count Tim Duncan's "bubble championship."

"If we're gonna count Tim Duncan's championship during the lockout year, we'll have to count [James' 2020 championship]," the 1992 NBA Draft 1st overall pick reiterated.

O'Neal added that James broke the NBA's all-time scoring record wearing the purple-and-gold uniform.

"He's a great player, great ability and he did what he was supposed to do as a LAKER," the 2000 NBA MVP said.

Shaquille O'Neal Disses Spoiled Lakers Fans

O'Neal pointed out that Lakers fans are always waiting for what is to come instead of enjoying what's in front of them.

"Laker fans are greedy, 'Okay you got us this bubble championship, but when are you going to give us another?' It's always that," the four-time champion said.

O'Neal played for the Lakers from 1996 to 2004, winning three straight NBA Championships from 2000 to 2002. He was named as the Finals MVP in all three of them.
