The Greek Freak is an avid football fan. He had wanted to become a football player before experiencing a growth spurt and seeing his big brother Thanasis hold a basketball.

He said he is an Arsenal fan but admitted that his favorite player is Zlatan to the point that he got excited when NBA Global visited Paris, where Ibra was playing at that time.

Ibra's legendary career

Zlatan recently announced his retirement from football, capping off a legendary career that is up there with all-time greats despite not winning a Champions League trophy.

He is both a fans and media darling, known for his larger-than-life personality on and off the pitch. He has confidence, is always outspoken, and can make snarky comments that many interpret as his sense of humor.

Zlatan ended his professional career with 12 Ballon d'Or nominations and four UEFA Team of the Year honors. He had stellar stints with prestigious clubs in Europe's top five leagues -- Inter Milan, AC Milan, Barcelona, Manchester United, PSG, and Juventus.
