Warriors forward Draymond Green has revealed the truth about Stephen Curry's work ethic, which propelled him to become one of the greatest players ever.

Speaking on Paul George's Podcast P show, the anchor of the Dubs dynasty said that Curry hitting the gym room changed his game and made him a much more effective player.

"That man is in the weight room every single day. He's in the weight room after shoot-around & before the game. He's doing a full lift after the game. He's in the weight room before [and after] practice," Green said.

Curry noticeably gained bulkier arms during the past few seasons compared to the early years of the Warriors dynasty.

"It takes somebody two and a half hours to do a workout he'd do in 30 minutes," Green added.

The fiery forward also noted that due to improvements in Curry's physical frame, players could not run him off his spot and bump him. The two-time MVP can get where he wants to go on the court.

Stephen Curry changes routine with others

In the same podcast, George brought up a story about a high-level NBA player throwing up and tapping out within ten minutes after working with the 2022 NBA Finals MVP.

Green did not confirm the story, but he mentioned that Curry changes his routine when other players accompany him.

"When people work out with him [Curry], I watch him dumb his workout down now. Like he dumbs his workout down often if guys are gonna workout with him," Green said.
