Nothing his potential, Real Madrid finalized a contract to secure the services of Vinícius Jr. during the spring of 2017, with the agreement becoming effective after his 18th birthday on July 12, 2018 due to the minimum age for international transfers set at 18.

The transfer involved a reported fee of €46 million (about $50 million). At that time, it stood as the second most expensive sale of a player in the history of Brazilian football, trailing only Neymar.

Vinicius Jr. had his breakout season with the club in 2021-22, scoring 22 goals and dishing out 20 assists in 52 appearances in all competitions as Real Madrid won La Liga, UEFA Champions League and Supercopa de Espana.

For the 2023-24 season and beyond, Vinicius was handed Real Madrid's iconic no. 7 shirt, previously worn by club legends Cristiano Ronaldo and Raul, solidifying his stature within the club.

This figure exclusively represents his earnings from Real Madrid and does not encompass supplementary income derived from off-field pursuits like endorsements and sponsorships. Additionally, it doesn't factor in deductions for taxes, agent fees, and other business expenses.
