Thursday Night Fooball [VIDEO]: Three People Stabbed After Broncos, Chargers Game At Sports Authority Field In Denver

According to multiple reports, a chaotic fight at Sports Authority Field at Mile High in Denver following the Broncos' 27-20 loss to the San Diego Chargers on Thursday Night Football led to at least three people being stabbed. Three suspects are in custody.

According to the Denver Post, police spokesperson Steve Warneke said he responded to a call around 9:55 p.m. and came onto a "chaotic scene" at the stadium after a large fight broke out in Lot F of Sports Authority Field and that three people were stabbed and taken to the hospital while there may have been a fourth person who was stabbed and left the scene.

The report indicates that one person was in critical condition but now all three are conscious and talking.

According to the report, there were multiple witnesses and the three people in police custody haven't been formally charged. The police are reportedly not looking for any more suspects.

Warneke said he wasn't sure what led to the fight and whether or not the man involved attended the game.

According to ESPN, Stadium Management Company sent out an email in response to the events that said the company is, "aware of an incident that occurred in a parking lot adjacent to Sports Authority Field at Mile High" and is working with the authorities on the investigation to find out what happened after the game was over.

Thursday night's stabbing is added to a long list of football incidents involving fans this season. Earlier this month at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, a man was involved in an altercation with a Jeep owner and eventually died after getting into a fight in the parking lot of the stadium during the Chiefs game against the Colts.

In addition to that, a teenager at Candlestick Park in San Francisco suffered a concussion along with a broken nose and arm after police said he was attacked during the 49ers game against the Indianapolis Colts.

While the details are sketchy over what occurred on Thursday night, more details will reach the surface as time goes by.
