Aaron Hernandez is allowing his newfound prison buddies to respond to the female fan mail he receives while incarcerated in the Bristol County Jail.
According to TMZ, one woman who Hernandez received mail from as recently as last week received two prompt responses from individuals described as his "roommates."
TMZ reports a man named "Rondo" and a guy named "John," who are both locked up in the same prison as Hernandez, claim he encouraged them to respond to his pen pals and later suggested the women look them up on Facebook.
"AH is my cellmate and friend he had given me your address saying he has a good feeling about you and I becoming pen pals," TMZ reports Rondo wrote. He then added "I'm currently in prison for beating up a cop. So tell me about yourself."
The website adds "John" also writes: "Aaron said that he hopes you can write back, and if you do since you'll know what we look like send a picture so we can see what you look like. If you don't mind."
TMZ adds neither of the letters received a response from the parties they were sent to. Hernandez, 24, remains jailed on first-degree charges stemming from the execution style-slaying on fone-time associate Odin Lloyd.
