The Argentine winger, who scored 10 times for the season in 50 has yet to realize his value this year. According to the Mirror, he has been found wanting on the pitch during the season, and the criticism which started with just murmurs is now escalating.

"Garnacho you've got to pass better today yeah, please? Just pass better today," the fan said. "Score a goal, and work on your first touch as well yeah?"

Garnacho stopped for a few moments and left no response whatsoever. Then later, the fan was surprised upon hearing his reply.

"Why are you not playing?" before walking off. Garnacho added, "Well he did not like that."

Even with such a tremendous record, Garnacho couldn't repeat the form of last season, though, at times, he missed crucial chances in his recent matches. He wasted two bests and sometimes lost possession because of positional mistakes for Chelsea, where people and pundits were concerned about the players' consistency.

Even ex-Manchester United player and pundit Gary Neville wasn't satisfied and also mentioned both Garnacho and Marcus Rashford for lack of impact and intensity.

Gary Neville's Hard Task on United's Youths

The first thing The Gary Neville Podcast featured was an honest analysis of Garnacho and Rashford. He wanted to change both of them to enhance their work ethic.

The ex-player confessed that the spectators do cherish academy players, but United's youth needs to exert much more as they should deserve their victories on the pitch.

"The first ethic is you have to work hard," Neville said. "I'm not saying Garnacho and Rashford don't work hard but they can work harder."

Garnacho Has His Spot in Pau for the Game Against PAOK

Garnacho played as Pau started against PAOK in the Europa League, and Rashford was substituted. His grip on a spot paid when substitution came in the form of Amad Diallo's brace; United, therefore, celebrated their first win in the Europe League campaign this season.

Even though Garnacho's display awaits to come face-to-face with the detractors on the field, he is still in the limelight as supporters await if he can deliver to conquer the challenge in the competition.

Can Garnacho Pull It Off?

As Garnacho continues to build up, Manchester United fans will be hoping he can come out and silence some of the critics as a top player. The Spanish footballer still has time to prove his worth-it's not too late.
