GIANTS vs LIONS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Week 16 Live Coverage from Ford Field Detroit

Today at 4:05 p.m. ET, the New York Giants (5-9) and Detroit Lions (7-7) go head-to-head live from Ford Field in Detroit. The game can be live streamed here. New York fans can hear all of the action on 101.9 FM WFAN The Fan while Detroit fans can do the same on 97.1 The Ticket.

The  Lions playoff hopes took a setback after a 61-yard field goal last week by the Baltimore Ravens handed them an 18-16 loss while the Giants enter play out of contention and looking to at least finish strong and possibly save their head coach Tom Coughlin's job.

Following its fourth loss in five games, Detroit now trails the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears in the race for the NFC North Division. Detroit no longer controls its own fate as it needs to win out and have Green Bay and Chicago each lose once over the course of the next two weeks.

"Our emotions aren't important right now. We have two games to play, we're one down in our division," coach Jim Schwartz said via ESPN. "So I think that's the most important thing for us to keep in mind at this point. This was a setback, no question."

Matthew Stafford threw three interceptions in last week's loss.

"I didn't play my best game by any means," Stafford told ESPN. "We're capable of playing much better than we did on offense."

Stafford is 324-for-559 (58.0%) and is third in the league by throwing for 4,211 yards and has added 28 touchdowns and 11 picks.

Calvin Johnson also dropped a couple of passes, and he has 81 receptions for 1,449 yards with 12 scores on the season.

The Giants fared even worse last week when they were handed a 23-0 shutout loss at home by the playoff-bound Seattle Seahawks.

Eli Manning was picked off a career-high five times in the game as the Giants dropped their second game in a row and third of four.

Manning is 284-for-485 (58.6%) for 16 touchdowns with a league-high 25 interceptions this season.

Coughlin, who called the performance "pathetic" wasn't surprised by reports of some dissention amongst his offense and defense.

"Am I surprised by it? No!" Coughlin told ESPN. "I was surprised by some of what was made of it. But we have an outstanding group of guys and they are competitive and it was a difficult loss in a frustrating year, to be honest with you, and so some of that came out."

Manning, who has two Super Bowl MVP awards with the Giants and has been the franchise quarterback, has heard rumblings about his days as New York's golden boy possibly coming to an end with his struggles, but agreed mostly with his coach's assertions that the Giants were terrible last week.

"There wasn't anything said that I don't think that was totally undeserved," Manning said per ESPN. "Offensively, I don't know whatever word you want to use to describe it, is probably pretty accurate. It wasn't good."

Receiver Victor Cruz, who has 73 receptions for 998 yards with four scores this season, is out for the rest of the season.

The Giants look to salvage their season while the Lions hope to make a playoff push with a key win when these teams take the field today in Detroit.
