Mexican wrestler and AAA star Cuatrero, whose real name is Rogelio Reyes, has been found guilty of attempted femicide and domestic violence. He is the ex-boyfriend of WWE Superstar Stephanie Vaquer.

The charges stem from a complaint filed by Vaquer in 2023 following an assault incident.

Cuatrero Found Guilty of Attempted Femicide, Domestic Violence

According to a report by SEScoops, Vaquer accused Cuatrero choking her and throwing her against the wall. The incident was said to have taken place on March 2, 2023. At that time, Vaquer had been working for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL).

Vaquer filed the complaint a few days after the incident and even shared photos of her neck, which showed marks she sustained from the assault.

Cuatrero was arrested on March 10, 2023. He was placed in in preventive detention for two years before being released last year.

Sentencing is scheduled to take place next week, according to ITR Wrestling.

Cuatrero Recently Returned to Wrestling

Prior to being found guilty of the charges filed against him, Cuatrero had actually recently returned to wrestling.

It is worth noting that he returned to wrestling last February for AAA, the Mexican wrestling promotion that was acquired last year by WWE.

As of press time, neither Stephanie Vaquer nor AAA have released any statement regarding the guilty verdict handed to Cuatrero.
