WWE WrestleMania 30 Rumors [VIDEO]: John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt At WrestleMania Update

Reports last week indicated that the WWE was planning on having John Cena face Bray Wyatt in the main event at WrestleMania XXX in New Orleans on April 6 in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Now it seems that match is still on, however it will not be the main event.

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that as of this past Tuesday, the WWE was planning on going forward with a Cena and Wyatt match at their biggest show of the year.

The Wyatt Family is expected to receive a big push into 2014 with rumors of Wyatt being propelled to the main event while Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are expected to dethrone Cody Rhodes and Goldust of the WWE Tag Team Championships.

Rumors earlier this month linked Cena and a returning Hulk Hogan as possibly having a match as tag team partners at WrestleMania, but Hogan's health and age will likely mean that he can't pass the necessary medical tests to compete at WrestleMania. Despite that, it is still expected that "The Hulkster" will be at WrestleMania XXX in some capacity on the show.

Cena discussed Hogan's possible return with TMZ.

"We operate at a high level of speed in the WWE nowadays," Cena told TMZ earlier this month. "I think you can't have a WrestleMania 30 without Hulk Hogan. I really truly hope he's there in my heart of hearts because as WrestleMania turns 30 I think we need the Hulkster, but we'll see if we can get him there to do whatever he can do."

Since Cena and Wyatt likely won't be for the title, it is expected that Randy Orton will still be WWE World Heavyweight Champion heading into the show in New Orleans, and rumors of him facing the returning Batista surfaced last week.

The rumors have led to speculation that "The Animal" will win the 30-man over-the-top-rope Royal Rumble match to earn a title shot against Orton at WrestleMania. Batista won the match in 2005 and went on to defeat Triple H for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 21.

The new leak goes against what was reported last week where WWE chairman Vince McMahon said Cena will always be in the main event.

"Cena is the main event until his time is clearly up. That man feeds us!" McMahon reportedly said last week to writers and producers, according to Wrestlingheadlines.com.

It appears that as the WWE builds towards WrestleMania, The Wyatt Family will be featured prominently, leading to a match between Cena and Bray Wyatt at the biggest show of the year.
