LeBron James Instagram Birthday Wish To Dwyane Wade: 'Brothers For Life' [VIDEO]

LeBron James marked Miami Heat teammate Dwyane Wade's 32nd birthday on Friday with an Instagram post where he graciously noted the two are "brothers for life."

James went on to rave about how far the two have grown together since becoming instant friends in 2003 at the NBA pre-draft camp. Later that year, James was taken No. 1 by the Cleveland Cavaliers and Wade was taken No. 5 by the Heat.

They actually became teammates in 2010, when James left Cleveland for South Beach as a free agent. Since their union, along with Chris Bosh, the two have led the Heat to three straight Finals appearances and back to back titles.

"I came to Miami for 2 reasons," James wrote. "To play with U and to win championships and I can't thank you u enough for the sacrifice you've made since I arrived homie!"

Then, in what surely rates as a somber note to Heat fans, James, who can again become a free agent at the end of this season, writes "no matter what happens in the future we stuck together like brothers for life."

Since opening day, James has declined to address, insisting that he hadn't yet decided if he would opt out of his contract.Wade, on the other hand, has openly admitted that he hopes to play his entire career in Miami and retire with the Heat.

James ended his ode with the words "happy Bday to my running mate, homie, brother and most of all straight up friend. The friendship we've created our rookie year at pre draft camp was pure and that's why we stuck together from that point on. Obviously didn't know we would eventually become teammates and do the things we've done so far."

The Heat face the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday, seeking to end a season-long three game losing streak.
