MAPLE LEAFS vs AVALANCHE Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage from Colorado

Tonight at 9:00 p.m. ET, the Toronto Maple Leafs (26-20-5, 57 points) and Colorado Avalanche (31-12-5, 67 points) faceoff for the second and final time this season live from the Pepsi Center in Colorado. Toronto enters play having won five straight games while Colorado has won three straight and is 7-1-1 in the New Year. The first time these two teams met, the Avalanche topped the Maple Leafs 2-1 in Toronto on Oct. 8.

The Maple Leafs are coming off of a 3-2 victory over the Phoenix Coyotes to start their road trip.

"We did a lot of good things early in the game and then we revered back to some of the old habits," coach Randy Carlyle said per NHL.com. "We seem to want to make life more difficult for ourselves. But we've won five in a row now and it's a positive step for this club, especially getting the first one on a [four-game] road trip."

The Avalanche announced that Semyon Varlamov will be in goal tonight. He is 24-8-5 with a 2.34 goals-against average and a .927 save percentage. He'll likely be opposed by Jonathan Bernier, who is 17-14-4 with a 2.58 GAA and a .927 save percentage.

Toronto has been led offensively by Phil Kessel (24-26-50), James van Riemsdyk (19-18-37), Mason Raymond (13-18-31) and Nazem Kadri (12-19-31). Kessel rides a six-game point streak into tonight's contest.

For the Avalanche, Matt Duchene (17-24-41), Gabriel Landeskog (14-22-36) and Paul Stastny (13-23-36) pave the way.

The Maple Leafs search for their sixth win in a row while Colorado tries to notch their fourth straight victory and a season sweep when the puck drops tonight at the Pepsi Center in Colorado.
