Terrell Owens should be used to feeling unwanted.
TMZ Sports is reporting that the former NFL wide receiver and reality star is getting divorced after two whole weeks of marriage.
According to the TMZ Sports report, Rachel Snider said she thinks T.O. married her only for her money and claims he did so to secure a loan for a $2 million home in Sherman Oaks, Calif.
The two were married in a secret ceremony on Jan. 20, according to RadarOnline.com. The couple dressed in blue together for the occasion and had one witness.
The website described her as a postal worker - which makes her very good with her money if Owens indeed tried to use her to buy such an extravagant house. Owens reportedly is broke after 15 seasons in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals.
"I felt in love ... and now I feel betrayed and heartbroken," Snider told TMZ. "I really valued his love and friendship for 5 years. Out of the love in my heart, I tried to help him. We had a secret relationship for 5 years and I married him for love."
Despite the breakup, Snider remained loyal to Owens on her Twitter account. On her page is the saying "Where ever the Lord leads me".
She received a tweet from someone with the Twitter name EaglesFanForLife ("@EaglesFanIsBack), who ridiculed her about the news of the breakup:
"@rachel24Q Where ever the Lord leads me...divorce court...hahahahahahahaha".
To which Snider replied, "@EaglesFanIsBack is that funny to you(?)"
A few minutes later, she tweeted, "My husband is a great man, an amazing athlete,father, and friend. He will succeed in all he does.His future is full of golden opportunities".
TMZ Sports reported that Owens did not respond to messages seeking comment.
