With her soon-to-be ex-husband now in Spain playing professional basketball, Khloe Kardashian took to Instagram on Tuesday to exorcise herself of husband Lamar Odom once and for all.
"Don't forget that you're human," HollywoodLife.com posted she wrote. "It's okay to have a melt down. Just don't unpack and live there. Cry it out and then refocus on where you are headed."
The once high-profile couple formally separated in mid-December when Kardashian cited irreconcilable differences in filing her divorce petition. For much of the final year of their four-year marriage Odom was dogged by widespread rumors of his chronic infidelity and hardcore drug use.
Kardashian has frequently used social media to release her frustrations as she battled with the former NBA Sixth Man of the year Award winner. In early January, she posted "they want to see you do good, but never better than them. Remember that."
The 34-year-old Odom has indicated he ultimately want to resume his NBA career and is hoping his time in Spain will get him closer to that goal.
