Chinese Swimmer Sun Yang Banned for the Second Time, to miss Tokyo Olympics

Sun Yang's bid to compete at the Tokyo Olympics is officially over after the Court of Arbirtration for Sport handed a 51-month ban on the Chinese star for refusing to give a sample and tampering with a doping control.
