It was rumored for a long time that Sting would finally come to WWE and face The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX on April 6 in New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and while that match may take place in another year, it won't be happening this year. Sting discussed wanting to face The Undertaker among other topics during a Q&A session in London.

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Sting, who was rumored to have signed with WWE and gave the impression that he might be wrestling for the company in the future given some of the answers he provided, was mostly tight-lipped about his future.
Sting said during the session that he wants to have a match with The Undertaker as the final match of his career and that he isn't interested in wrestling any other independent or WWE wrestler except for The Deadman himself. He also said he watched one of The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels matches from WrestleManias past on YouTube to research how 'Taker performs in a five-star classic bout at the biggest event of the year.

The report also states that Sting said he has not watched the TNA product since he left the company and that he purposefully has been watching WWE Monday Night RAW in the last few weeks. Sting also mentioned his three favorite matches included a 45-minute bout against Ric Flair at Clash of the Champions '88, his first World Championship victory and an encounter with Hulk Hogan at Starrcade '97.
While reflecting on his career, Sting said he disliked working with Vampiro and Robocop while he also mentioned that he didn't feel as though Hulk Hogan took his spot away from him when he jumped over from the WWE to WCW in 1994.

Sting also mentioned Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle as the top two wrestlers and expressed disappointment in the fact that he never had a proper storyline with Bret Hart in WCW.
While The Undertaker vs. Sting dream match won't occur at WrestleMania XXX with The Undertaker slated to take on Brock Lesnar in a match dubbed as The Beast vs. The Streak, it appears as though he still has hopes of facing The Undertaker sometime in the future.
