Just weeks after ending bitter divorce proceedings with reality TV wife Porsha Williams where she was forced to walk away without receiving any alimony or assets, RadarOnline reports Kordell Stewart settled yet another nasty dispute with the mother of his nine-year-old son, LaeTania Richardson, to share joint custody of the boy with Kordell maintaining primary physical custody.
The website reports Stewart had been in a legal dispute with Richardson since 2011 that stems from the woman wanting to move their son to Los Angeles for a new job.
Kordell, Porsha Stewart's bitter spat escalates
During the proceedings, attorneys for Richardson also took a swipe at then-wife Williams, claiming Stewart had not ever spent more than five consecutive days with his son or taken him on any vacation, though, he "has flown with his new wife/former fiancee to California, Las Vegas, Miami, Oregon, New York multiple times during just 2010 and 2011."
Stewart filed for divorce from Williams in 2013, publicly claiming his reality TV wife had regularly started to stay out all times of the night and she had grown neglectful of his son.
While denying all the allegations and later claiming she found out about the filing via social media, Williams later hinted she now feels her ex may be gay because their were times in their union when she was convince he didn't physically desire her.
