Colin Kaepernick was no longer at the Viceroy Hotel by the time the police were called to investigate the sexual assault allegation a 25-year-old woman has now lodged against him and authorities also dispatched a crisis intervention team to the scene to evaluate the alleged victim's mental health and possible substance abuse.
In addition, the Sacramento Bee now reports fellow NFL player and Settle Seahawks receiver Ricardo Lockette called 911 twice to report "a naked woman was on his friend's bed and refused to leave."

Kaepernick, Lockette and San Francisco 49ers wideout Quinton Patton were all on hand at the Miami hotel on the night of April 1 and the woman has told police they were all drinking and smoking marijuana before she blacked out and awoke to find herself in a hospital.
According to The Bee, the first 911 call was placed at 12:03 and the second came some 17 minutes later, prompting Miami Fire Rescue to quickly send a team of paramedics to the scene and for the woman to be transported to the Jackson Memorial Hospital emergency room.

Police are now awaiting the results of a toxicology report performed on the alleged victim as well as the testing results of other evidence recovered at the scene.
Since the story broke late last week, the 26-year-old Kaepernick has vehemently proclaimed his innocence.
