At WWE Extreme Rules 2014, Divas Champion Paige will face Tamina Snuka in her first Divas Championship title defense. Paige won the title on the Monday Night Raw after WrestleMania 30 from AJ Lee, who is currently on leave from WWE along with fiancee CM Punk and has no timetable for her return.
Since winning the Divas Championship from AJ Lee, Paige has looked very impressive in her first two weeks in WWE. She has won matches against Alicia Fox and Aksana using her Scorpion Cross Lock submissive move to finish them off, but Tamina Snuka will present a formidable challenge at WWE Extreme Rules 2014.
Tamina Snuka won her shot at Paige's Divas Championship on WWE Main Event last week when she won a Divas battle royal to become the No. 1 Contender. While I don't doubt Tamina's ability to unseat Paige at Extreme Rules, something tells me that Paige's title run will not be a flash in the pan. As a result, I wanted to look at Paige's Top 5 potential opponents for her Divas Championship should she successfully defend it against Tamina:
1. Brie Bella - Daniel Bryan's bride is set to return to Monday Night Raw and unlike fellow Bella Twin sister Nikki Bella, Brie was not involved in the Divas Championship Battle Royal on WWE Main Event last week. Brie has been one of the most improved women's wrestlers I've ever seen in WWE, and a Brie Bella vs. Paige rivalry would be a good one to watch. Of course, Paige and Brie are both babyfaces at the moment, but that doesn't mean they couldn't make it work.

2. Natalya - Nattie has been one of the most annoying characters on WWE Total Divas season 2, and as much as I love her in the ring perhaps it's time to turn her heel. Natalya has languished in the Divas division when it comes to winning the Divas Championship, so maybe an aggressive and villainous Natalya is the answer to her title woes. Paige vs. Natalya would make for some great matchups, especially since both of them have great submission moves.
3. Summer Rae - There have been rumors of a huge push for Summer Rae, which was the catalyst for why Fandango dumped her in storylines. Summer is a natural heel already and she and Paige both cut their teeth down in WWE NXT, so they could easily play off of that while showcasing more of Summer Rae's in-ring skills.
4. Emma - Emma is another rival of Paige's from WWE NXT, though they are friends and have respect for each other. Emma hasn't been able to show the entire WWE Universe what she can do in the ring, and being paired with Santino probably puts her a longer way off from feuding with Paige than the recently liberated Summer Rae.

5. AJ Lee - Of course, AJ Lee is the X factor in all of this. AJ left WWE without getting a Divas Championship rematch against Paige, so whenever she is ready to return she would jump to the front of the line. I have no idea when AJ will come back, but I'd like to think she and CM Punk will both return to WWE at some point in time.
