Rumored to be getting serious in her new relationship with bad boy rapper French Montana, Khloe Kardashian is urging estranged NBA husband Lamar Odom to quickly sign off on the divorce decree she filed for last December.
According to HollywoodGossip.com, the NBA veteran continues to procrastinate in signing off on needed paperwork, putting a damper on the 29-year-old Keeping Up with The Kardashians star otherwise budding union with Montana, who in recent weeks she has been seen vacationing with in New York and Las Vegas.
"She isn't fully able to enjoy it because Lamar still hasn't submitted a response in their divorce proceedings," a source told the website, adding of Montana he "treats her like a queen."
That would hardly be the way Kardashian would describe her four-year union with Odom, the last several months of which saw him arrested on DUI charges and briefly confined to a drug treatment facility.
The source added Odom "hasn't been returning phone calls and text messages from Khloé regarding the divorce. He is disappearing for days at a time again, and hanging out with 'shady' people."

The 34-year-old Odom recently signed a deal with the Knicks and Phil Jackson to resume his NBA career and is believed to be planning on spending his upcoming summer in his NYC hometown.
The 2010 NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award winner last played in the NBA with the Clippers in 2012
