Could R&B diva Keyshia Cole and NBA husband Daniel Gibson be trying to repair and save their marriage?
After months of public feuding on social media confirmed the two had indeed separated and were perhaps headed toward divorce court, Gibson again took to the web over the recent Mother's Day weekend to provide insight into the apparently improving status of the volatile relationship.
"People will say what they want to say about us but nothing can take away from how thankful I am for you to be DJ's mother," he wrote of the young son they have together. "Nobody knows the sacrifices you made in your career to make sure he was raised right & cared for, or the time you put into your family & how great of a mother you truly are. That's the shyt that goes unnoticed and never spoken of. I know there is nothing in this world you wouldn't do for him & there's nothing more I could ever ask of u. I thank you for being a special woman."
Daniel Gibson denies cheating on Keyshia Cole
Gibson and Cole have been rumored to be on the outs over the last several months amid allegations both may have been unfaithful to one another. In recent times, Gibson was known to be a regular on the strip club scene, while Cole was also seen clubbing with several different men, including hip hop star Meek Mill.
Cole also recently alerted fans that the theme of her sixth album scheduled for later this summer would "sorta" be about man bashing and one of the singles she released thus far is titled Next Time (Won't Give My Heart Away).
"I'm eternally grateful & forever indebted to u," Gibson added. "I only hope this day is as special for you as you deserve. Happy Mothers Day."
