WWE Hall of Famer Scott "Razor Ramon" Hall has had an unfortunate and well documented history with substance abuse and after he was late to an appearance this weekend there has been a lot of speculation on his health.

Hall has battled drug and alcohol addiction for the majority of his career but was able to shake the habit due to Diamond Dallas Page's DDPYoga program and his career came full circle in April when he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame under his famous Razor Ramon moniker.

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Hall was in very rough shape over the weekend and was 90 minutes late to an autograph session in Rhode Island. Hall also posted a photo of himself hanging out with WWE Superstars Curtis Axel, Bad News Barrett and Fandango hanging out at what looks to be a hotel in Providence when he was in town for the signing and the WWE had a live event.

In updated reports regarding Hall's health over the weekend, it is said that Hall stayed two hours passed the allotted time for his autograph session to make up for showing up so late while there are conflicting fan reports on the incident, according to Wrestlingheadlines.com.

The report says that the fan who notified the site of Hall staying an extra two hours also noted that Hall seemed to be "messed up or on something" while another fan who met Hall over the weekend said that he got the impression that Hall seemed sober but was just rude to some fans for whatever reason.

While the reports are conflicting, it's still a concern for many fans to see a Hall of Famer with a history of substance abuse problems in rough shape.

There are rumors that Hall will be inducted into the Hall of Fame a second time along with Kevin Nash and Hulk Hogan as part of the nWo and that he'll be put in under his real name. There was speculation that an nWo Hall of Fame nod could come as soon as next year, but it remains to be seen.

Hall missed a wrestling appearance he was scheduled for with his son Cody last month and told the promoter he wouldn't leave his bed because he was "in a dark place," before checking himself into a hospital and receiving a clean bill of health.

Hall's health and well-being is in question again just a couple of months removed from his career reaching the pinnacle of professional wrestling with a Hall of Fame induction.
