Miami Dolphins Rumors: Richie Incognito 'Receiving Nibbles' in Free Agency; Five Teams Tied to Infamous Pro Bowler [VIDEO]

Since departing the Miami Dolphins after "Bully Gate", offensive guard Richie Incognito hasn’t found another team in need of his services. However, the dire state of guards in the NFL could prompt a team to take a chance on the infamous Pro Bowler very soon.

Giants, Buccaneers Favored for 49ers Alex Boone

Incognito is best known for his role in the Jonathan Martin bullying scandal and has since been unemployed due to teams avoiding the bad press. However, in light of the Alex Boone trade rumors, Incognito could find life after Bully Gate. According to multiple sources and Incognito himself, teams have begun to do their research on the former Pro Bowler due to the lack of qualified veterans at the guard position.

Teams that have been rumored to be tied to Incognito include the New York Giants, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Indianapolis Colts, Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders.

Marshawn Lynch Involved in Alleged Assault

Incognito is the one player that was tied to the Bully Gate scandal that remains unsigned for the 2014 season. Jonathan Martin was traded to the San Francisco 49ers, Mike Pouncey remains with the Miami Dolphins and John Jerry, who was just as guilty as Incognito of bullying Martin, signed with the New York Giants.

Incognito is still an above average starter in the NFL and will likely get a chance to prove himself before the season starts. Of the rumored teams interested in Incognito, the Seahawks and Raiders make the most sense. The Raiders have never found an off the field problem they wouldn't tolerate and the Seahawks could use his skill set to bolster their interior line while using their tight-knit locker room to embrace the controversy.

No player involved in the scandal was suspended by the NFL and they are free to continue their NFL careers.
