Reports indicate that the following was taped Tuesday night in Philadelphia for the episode of SmackDown that is set to air this Friday, Oct. 10 from Philadelphia as the company continues to count down to Hell in a Cell on Oct. 26 from the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
The Rock vs. Rusev Possible For WrestleMania 31
The final segment of the night was an edition of MizTV with guests John Cena and Dean Ambrose. Cena and Ambrose cut promos and complimented each other then they started to insult The Miz. Cena and Ambrose then attacked Miz. Ambrose hit Dirty Deeds on Miz while Cena then nailed the Attitude Adjustment on Ambrose to end the segment.
Stephanie McMahon opened up the show to hype the 15-year history of SmackDown and was interrupted by John Laurinaitis and then Teddy Long, who both argued over who was the best GM of SmackDown of all-time. The two former GMs then set up a big 16-man match to decide who was the best GM. Adam Rose also appeared during the segment and was booked to face Kane.

Kane then squashed Rose with a chokeslam and attacked the Rosebuds, but couldn't get to the bunny.
In other action, Rusev defeated Dolph Ziggler with the Accolade and Lana cut a promo on The Rock after the match. Rusev challenged The Big Show to a match on Monday Night RAW. The Rock appeared in a backstage segment -- likely taped on RAW -- and insulted Stephanie McMahon and Triple H.
In other action, Seth Rollins defeated Kofi Kingston with Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble at ringside via the Curb Stomp.
In the battle for the best SmackDown GM of all-time, Team Teddy (Mark Henry, Los Matadores, Sheamus, The Usos, Jack Swagger and El Torito) defeated Team Johnny (Heath Slater, Titus O'Neil, Goldust, Stardust, Bo Dallas, Damien Sandow, The Miz and Hornswoggle) when The Usos picked up the win.
In Divas action, AJ Lee defeated Alicia Fox, who had Paige in her corner, with the Black Widow. After the match, Paige attacked Lee, but Lee was able to thwart off both Divas with a double clothesline.
This episode commemorated 15 years of WWE SmackDown with a big celebratory show.
