Whatever Johnny Manziel did at rehab, Colleen Crowley certainly didn't appreciate it.

It seems like the TCU undergrad student, part-time fashion model, and long time girlfriend of the Cleveland Browns quarterback is confirming their break-up on social media Wednesday.
Crowley posted a picture of an old idiom to the social media site, which read "In heaven nobody breaks the heart of another."

So what exactly did Manziel do to break Crowley's heart? The two have been virtually inseparable for months, traveling long distance to visit each other, and vacationing in Miami over New Year's Eve.
The easy money is on infidelity. Manziel is obviously a high-profile athlete who's struggled with partying and decision-making in the past. Perhaps he stepped out on Crowley during his recent stint in rehab?
Another hint that it's cheating that did Manziel in was a previous photo Crowley posted on Tuesday -- but quickly deleted. Like today's post, that one was also just words against a white backdrop. Or, rather, just a single word: "Loyalty."
Later Wednesday evening Crowley posted a follow-up picture, featuring a photograph of herself and a friend laughing and yucking it up.
Clearly someone is trying to put on a happy face and prove to her followers that she's "winning" the break-up. More power to her. As for Johnny, just remember: Hell hath no fury, as they say.
