The Raptors were the higher seed entering this series, which figured to give them a big edge with one of the NBA's rowdiest home arenas behind them. The raucous Toronto crowd couldn't bail them out in Games 1 and 2 however, and now the Raptors face a prospective sweep after dropping both tilts.

"If being down 0-2 (doesn't) stimulate urgency, then I don't know what would," DeMar DeRozan told the club's website. "Nobody's ready to go home, nobody's ready to pack it up. We understand how bad we played these last two games and we want to do a lot better."

The main culprit for Toronto's flat start has been point guard Kyle Lowry, who has been badly outplayed by his counterpart John Wall. Lowry's been held to an average of 6.5 points through the first two games and woeful 25 percent shooting from the field. He also hasn't hit a 3-pointer in this series.

Aside from Lowry cratering on offense, the Wizards have pounded Toronto on the glass, pulling down 50 more rebounds. That includes a 29 to 15 edge on the offensive boards, helping negate Washington's often brick-laden shooting.
