Lolo Jones had to deal with the ultimate party crashers for her 31st birthday.
According to multiple media reports, Jones was on her way out to celebrate her birthday Monday night when she received a surprise visit from Olympic drug testers. Jones, a two-time Olympic hurdler, currently is a member of the U.S. bobsled team.
Jones tweeted about the evening, poking fun at them and suspended baseball player Ryan Braun.
"I was chosen to be drug tested right before I left for my bday party, so the drug testers were obligated to shadow me until i peed in a cup.
Eight minutes later, another tweet.
"They asked me to pee at 8. I dragged em to my dinner and went at 11:45pm... They said they didn't know it was my birthday and I had plans."
But then Jones decided that being subjected to a drug test had its benefits. She talked about her "street cred" going up and needing a rap song to capture the moment.
She then chided the drug testers for not surprising her with a gift as well as a request for her urine sample.
"Good night drug testers! and the next time u drug test me at my bday dinner party. bring a present!!!!!! A wrapped bottle of water will do"
Finally, she took a shot at Braun, the Milwaukee Brewers outfielder who recently agreed to serve a suspension for the rest of 2013 for his involvement with the Biogenesis scandal.
"I changed my moms phone name to Ryan Braun and had her call my cell repeatedly while they were testing me. Mwhauauhaha,"
But Jones' last tweet about the incident probably scored more points than the rest of the tweets combined in the court of public opinion.
"Just letting u guys In my world. What it truly means to be an Olympic athlete and the accountability that holds(.) "
