Cristiano Ronaldo, arguably the greatest soccer player in the world, might not have the same caliber of parenting skills. Ronaldo, who has five-year-old son named Cristiano, won’t tell his son who his mother is. At least not until he’s older.
"For me it is not a problem," Ronaldo said according to TMZ. "In the world, many kids don’t have mum, don’t have dads or dads die or mums die."

He’s not wrong, but Cristiano Jr.’s mom is not dead, so it is a bizarre move for him to not let his son know who she is. For now, it seems like Cristiano Jr.’s grandma is playing the mother figure. "Cristiano has a dad, an unbelievable dad, a grandmother. I have the support of my family, great of course."
Ronaldo says he’ll eventually clue in Cristiano Jr. on the baby mama situation, but it’s not going to be for a while. "I’m going to say the time when I feel that is the right time. I don’t know 10, 11, 12? I don’t know let’s see." In the meantime, Ronaldo seems like he’s doing his absolute best to confuse his son about relationships. The soccer star admitted to being futbol’s Fresh Prince and juggling multiple women at once.
A “few,” is what Ronaldo said, and some even know about the others. "I need to figure out who is better. Some know, yes." Hoepfully they don’t all know poor Cristiano Jr., who isn’t aware yet about how sad it is that he isn’t developing a relationship with his real mom.
