Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Relationship Update: Lamar May Have $1.65 Million Mansion To Recover In [VIDEO]

Lamar Odom may have quite the comfortable recovery from his near-death experience.

Khloe Kardashian has been supporting the fallen former basketball star emotionally and financially throughout his recovery from a coma he sustained after binging at a Nevada brothel in October. With that in mind, it may not be out of the realm to believe that the new mansion the Kardashian clan just purchased could house Odom during his recovery.

Lamar Odom Takes Huge Step In Recovery

The family purchased a $1.65 million, two-bedroom mansion in Los Angeles, according to Page Six. The publication is reporting that the Kardashian kollective has a net worth of $300 million.

Kardashian, who is dating Rockets shooting guard James Harden, has been adamant that she won't live with Odom, her current husband, after he recovers. This comes despite the T.V. star pausing their divorce proceedings after Odom's health scare.

Maybe the reality star can continue to support him financially from afar by putting him up in the mansion when he gets out of the hospital and after a possible rehab stint.

To be fair, it's uncertain which Kardashian was behind the purchase, but judging by their behavior on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," it wouldn't be shocking if it was all of them. Putting Odom up in the mansion would also be good for Kardashian because the two can keep their distance from one another once he fully recovers.

This is because purchase by the Kardashian kollective isn't located in Calabasas, Calif., where the family calls home. All of the other real estate ventures the clan has gone on have all been in Calabasas.

If the mansion does in fact turn out to serve as a place for Odom to recover -- which right now is just speculation -- it may help Harden to know that his girlfriend will be far away from her former lover.
