Just days after a "GQ" magazine cover with a ripped, shirtless Ronaldo posing alongside smokin' hot model Alessandra Ambrosio surfaced, his former flame one-upped him with a jaw-dropping spread of her own.

The Russian model hid nothing in the ad, which totally upstaged Ronaldo's magazine photo shoot. Shayk was involved in a series of steamy photos and despite the ads being for jeans, she wasn't wearing anything.

Ronaldo and Shayk originally met through their Armani Exchange campaigns and dated for five years until splitting last January. Both have bounced back quite nicely.
The Real Madrid superstar, who dated English models Gemma Atkinson and Alice Goodwin prior to meeting Shayk, has been linked to an army of girls lately. Ronaldo has been rumored to be dating Portuguese-French beauty Melanie Martins, his agent Jorge Mendes' daughter Marisa and most recently, 19-year-old Danish model Maja Darving.
Shayk hasn't done so badly for herself, either. The gorgeous model has been linked to Hollywood hunk Bradley Cooper since April, and things seem to be going fine between the lovebirds.
Though Ronaldo has rebounded quickly, these sexy photos are sure to make his head spin.
