WWE 'WrestleMania 32' Rumors: Undertaker vs. Sting Is Right Choice After Fans Revolt Against Braun Strowman [POLL VIDEO]

The road to WrestleMania has already been an interesting one for The Undertaker.

There were rumors that the "Demon from Death Valley" would do battle with John Cena at the WWE's marquee event at AT&T Stadium on April 3, however, the "Cenation" leader's legitimate shoulder injury nixed the momentum for that clash.

Potential Candidates To Induct Sting Into WWE Hall Of Fame

Speculation then grew that newcomer Braun Strowman would get the nod to face "The Deadman" at the "Show of Shows," but after rebellion from fans, the WWE may not go with that bout anymore, according to WrestlingInc.

That leaves The Undertaker's plans for the WWE's biggest even in limbo. However, the solution is obvious: Sting should battle The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32.

Braun Strowman Could Join Dubious List Of Undertaker WrestleMania Opponents

For years it had been rumored that "The Vigilante" would face 'Taker if he ever jumped ship to WWE and thus far, the dream match hasn't become a reality. Last year, Sting made his highly-anticipated in-ring debut against Triple H at WrestleMania 31, while The Undertaker battled Bray Wyatt.

Sting's status has been murky ever since he suffered a neck injury against Seth Rollins at Night of Champions in September, however, if he is healthy enough to return, this is a no-brainer.

The Undertaker vs. Cena is now impossible, and potentially putting him against Strowman doesn't seem ideal, so the WWE needs another solution to pack the fans into AT&T Stadium.

Sting is going into the Hall of Fame the night before WrestleMania, and the company can capitalize on the drama by pitting him against The Undertaker and billing it as the last match for one or both of them.

The WWE has an actual chance to put a dream match together and for whatever reason, it hasn't thus far. Both Superstars currently reside in Texas and with this year's edition of the spectacle emanating from the Lone Star State, it would only be logical for these two legends to go at it.

A Texas-sized main event is just what the WWE needs, and The Undertaker vs. Sting will draw greater than any other option the company currently has.
