Sony, LG Confirm Their Presence At Mobile World Congress Event (MWC) 2017; What To Expect

Sony and LG are preparing for the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 event. The two tech giants have made announcements on their presence at the MWC event in Barcelona.

The CES 2017 event held at Las Vegas was indeed an unfortunate one for the Sony and LG enthusiasts and the upcoming event is likely to be the most amazing one as the two tech giants will unveil the best developments or makes.

According to Xperia Blog, it is reported that Sony confirmed its attendance at the MWC event in Barcelona and the company has already started to send invites to its Mobile World Congress (MWC) press conference. Sony confirmed its slot on Monday 27th February at 8.30 a.m. CET. The Sony's reserved event is reported to be one day after than the LG event.

Also, it is reported that the company did not confirm the live streaming of the event and there are high chances of oing for live streaming as what was seen in the last year's event. The Blog mentions that there are expectations of two new mid-range Xperia smartphones to be launched in the MWC 2017.

Xperia Blog states, "We can't confirm whether the event will be live-streamed, but it was last year, so there's a good chance it will be again."

According to Slash Gear, LG has prepared an animated GIF for the MWC 2017 event which has fireworks and states 'See More, Play More,' and further asks the enthusiasts to save the date; February 26 and a noted time as 12:00 at Barcelona.

It is also reported that LG has prepared a new and improved heat management system that makes use of copper heat pipes to distribute heat away from sensitive and potentially explosive parts.
