The San Francisco 49ers bolstered their playoff bid with a resounding 21-point win over division rivals Los Angeles Rams in Week 10, their first victory at Levi's Stadium in 394 days. They will look to keep the momentum going against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are coming off a tough loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Here's a breakdown of this 49ers vs Jaguars clash.

San Francisco 49ers installed as -6.5 favorites

The San Francisco 49ers will head to their showdown against the Jacksonville Jaguars with momentum on their side after crushing the Los Angeles Rams, 31-10, in Week 10. It was a huge bounce-back win for the 49ers, who suffered a humiliating 31-17 loss to the undermanned Arizona Cardinals in Week 9. They have now won their last five games against the Rams.

Kyle Shanahan decided to run the football against the Rams, setting a target of 40 carries for his team. The 49ers followed their coach's game plan to perfection, running for 156 yards on 44 carries, their most rushes in a regular-season outing in nine years.

San Francisco got off to a fantastic start, recording an opening 18-play touchdown drive to build a 7-0 lead. The 49ers doubled that advantage late in the first quarter, a lead that they would not relinquish.

Jimmie Ward recorded two interceptions in the opening quarter, one of which he returned for a touchdown. He came into Week 10 with just two interceptions in 85 games and none since the 2016 season. He became just the seventh player in the NFL since 2000 to record two interceptions, including a pick-6, in the first quarter of a game.

Jacksonville Jaguars enter Week 11 as +6.5 underdogs

The Jacksonville Jaguars came crashing back to earth in Week 10, losing 23-17 to the Indianapolis Colts. It was a disappointing defeat for the Jaguars, who have now lost in seven of their first nine games this season. They now trail the Tennessee Titans by 5.5 games in the AFC South standings.

They will look to get their season back on track in Week 11 when they host the San Francisco 49ers. For the Jaguars to record the upset win against the Niners, they will need to get a much-improved performance from Trevor Lawrence. He struggled mightily in the loss to the Colts, completing just 16 of 35 passes for 162 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions. Lawrence was abysmal in the first half, going 3 of 14 with 56 yards

One guy who needs to step up for Jacksonville in Week 11 is Jamal Agnew. He ran for 79 yards on three carries against the Colts, including a long 66-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter. Agnew has now run for a score, caught a touchdown pass, and returned a kickoff and a missed field goal for touchdowns this season, incredible feats to say the least.
