Bryce Harper of the Philadelphia Phillies was very upset after being ejected from their game against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Thursday, September 28.
The two-time NL MVP was tossed from the game after arguing a call on a blown swing with controversial umpire Angel Hernandez.

At the time, Harper was expected to get a walk after holding up a 3-2 pitch. Instead, he stormed towards the direction of Hernandez and was ejected from the game.

Incensed with the development, the seven-time All-Star tossed his helmet to the stands as he left the Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. The Pirates went on to win, 3-2, the Associated Press reported.
Harper aware of the repercussions
For his outburst, Harper knows he will be handed a stiff fine. His latest ejection is the third time this MLB season and the second time in two weeks, Bleacher Report noted.
"It's ángel in the middle of something again," Harper said to reporters after the game via the New York Post. "It's just, every year, it's the same story. ... It's the same thing over and over and over and over again. It's just not right."
Although umpires have been criticized for their calls, Angel Hernandez stands out. He has a long history of being called out by players and managers.
The Post added that Hernandez has a colorful history with the MLB, alleging discrimination because he has not called a World Series since 2005.
