New Orleans Saint linebacker Demario Davis boasts an impressive accomplishment of never missing a game throughout his twelve-year NFL career due to injury.

The 34-year-old veteran has seen action in 177 games dating back to the 2012 NFL season, which included stints with the New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, and his current team, the Saints.

The only instance in which Davis was sidelined was in 2021 when he was among over two dozen players and coaches who couldn't participate in a game against the Miami Dolphins due to positive COVID-19 tests.

However, his remarkable feat is at risk of ending on October 19 for their Thursday Night Football action due to a knee injury.

Saints' Demario Davis injury status

Davis will be subject to a game-time decision regarding his availability for Thursday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, per Saints coach Dennis Allen.

The three-time Second Team All-Pro has been dealing with a knee issue, and he is officially listed as questionable in the Saints' Injury Report.

Despite his age, the 2022 Pro Bowl selection has maintained his exceptional performance in the heart of the Saints' defense, boasting 38 tackles, 2 sacks, and 2 defended passes in the first six games of this season.

Davis is on track to achieve his seventh consecutive 100-tackle season.
