It was a forgettable time for Frank Clark with the Denver Broncos.
Now he is back in his first home, the Seattle Seahawks, with whom he spent the best years of his NFL career.
His next stop was the Kansas City Chiefs, whom he helped with two Super Bowls, but he was still unsatisfied with what had happened to him since leaving Seattle.
He thought he was a bit immature in the last five years. His stint with the Denver Broncos was far from ideal, having played just two games and recording no stat line.

Clark suggested the last five years made him realize that he still needed some growing up to do.
"It's more about the mental part," he said two days after being released by the Broncos.
"I feel like I was a little bit more immature about four, five years ago. There was a lot of things about the game that I didn't really understand."
Broncos coach Sean Payton said releasing Clark is a win-win for both parties as they can move on with players who can become part of their future while the 30-year-old linebacker gets the playing style he craves.
Throwback Seahawks jerseys got Clark feeling excited
Clark sees a second chance with the Seahawks as a "throwback," and he is excited about wearing their colors again.
Not only that, he thought he should have been a Seahawks for the rest of his career.
"That's always been one of my goals is to get back to Seattle at some point in my career," Clark said. "Going through my first stint here, I wanted to be here for the rest of my career."
There is no news yet from the team on whether he will play against the Cleveland Browns in Week 8, but Clark said he is ready.
