Richie Incognito returns to Twitter to apologize to Jonathan Martin

Following a hiatus from Twitter after a meltdown last Wednesday on the social media site, Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito returned to Twitter on Monday before apologizing to former teammate Jonathan Martin on Tuesday morning following his outburst on the site after a report from an independent investigator on the team's locker room situation was released.
