Luis Suarez transfer rumors: Paris Saint-Germain plotting £35 million bid for Liverpool FC striker? [VIDEO]

The talents of world-renowned striker Luis Suarez have officially caught the attention of another European power.

According to the Metro, French outfit Paris Saint-Germain are plotting a £35 million move for the Uruguayan. That amount is slightly above the €40,000,001 Arsenal bid for the Liverpool striker in the 2013 summer transfer window, but don't expect it to be enough to pry away the most prolific striker in the Barclays Premier League.

Suarez—who claimed to be more of an angel than a demon to French TV—dismissed the rumors and insisted he has but one focus for his club's remaining fixtures (h/t to ESPN). "Right now, with my club, the principal objective is to qualify for Champions League," Suarez said. "It must be unforgettable to play a Champions League game at Anfield," he added.

"That's why I really want to experience that."

The 27-year-old striker is finally on the cusp of achieving his ultimate goal. Liverpool currently sit second in the Barclays Premier League table with 59 points. The hopes of catching Chelsea for the title are slim, but the odds of remaining in the top four are grand. The Reds' closest competitor is Tottenham Hotspur. Even they sit six points back with an extra game in hand.

With 24 goals in 23 appearances—by far the most in England's first division—it's easy to see why most of the European powers are still desperate to snatch Suarez. Champions League revenue, however, is on the horizon for Liverpool.

They'll soon be able to add dollar signs to his dreams.
