Sports World News NFL Mock Draft 2.0: Part Three

11. Tennessee Titans: Anthony Barr, OLB, UCLA
Barr will fit perfectly with the Titans making the switch to the 3-4, 4-3 hybrid scheme. Barr has seen his stock drop in recent weeks, but had a stellar Pro Day and can be plugged right back into No. 11. The Titans are stocking up on 3-4 pieces that can play both schemes.

12. New York Giants: Timmy Jernigan, DT, Florida State
Still would love to mock Eric Ebron here, but the Giants are bare at DT. Jernigan will step in day one and be a starter and a solidify a line that has a reputation to hold up. The Giants might take multiple defensive lineman in the draft and Jernigan will be the first.

13. St. Louis Rams: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State

The Rams cut Cortland Finnegan and now need corner help. Gilbert is good value here and will learn from one of the best in Jeff Fisher. Across from Janoris Jenkins, Gilbert will give the Rams the secondary it envisioned when it signed Finnegan two years ago.

14. Chicago Bears: Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh
Donald has surged up draft boards and no one has gained more momentum via workouts than Donald. He fits the Bears defense as well as any player in the draft. He will be the final piece in the Bears' overhaul of the defensive line that they started in free agency.

15. Pittsburgh Steelers: Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, S, Alabama
The Steelers have the goal of getting younger on defense. The place to start is drafting Troy Polamalu's eventual replacement in Clinton-Dix. He has the nice combination of speed and power that the Steelers covet and will sharpen into a premier player in the league. This is a win-win for both sides.

16. Dallas Cowboys: DT Ra'Shede Hageman, Minnesota
Dallas was destroyed on the defensive side of the ball this offseason, but got a good price on Henry Melton. Hageman will be drafted here as a nice compliment ot Melton as well as a player that could flex into a different position on the line. The Cowboys need players that can rotate and play multiple positions on the line.

17. Baltimore Ravens: Marqise Lee, WR, USC
Baltimore needs help at receiver even if they land Steve Smith. After Torrey Smith the Ravens have nothing at WR to help Joe Flacco. Look how much the “elite” Flacco regressed after Anquan Boldin left town and ask yourself if the Ravens need a receiver.

 18. New York Jets: TE Eric Ebron, UNC
Jets land a star in the making in Ebron and fix a major problem at the TE position. I am very high on Ebron and think he's the next big star at TE. The Jets get an average blocker and an incredible playmaker in Ebron. Cross two needs off the list in one pick.

19. Miami Dolphins: Zack Martin, OT/G, Notre Dame
This is the easiest pick in the draft to this point. Dolphins are still reeling from the bully scandal and needed to purge their already mediocre offensive line. Zack Martin comes in and is the starting RT immediately. He can also be groomed to take over for the inevitable Brandan Albert injury in 2014 and his retirement in the next few years.
20. Arizona Cardinals: Kony Ealy, DE, Missouri:
The Cardinals signed Antonio Cromartie so the need at CB is gone, but they could use another pass rusher. John Abraham only has a year or two left in the tank and he could groom Ealy into a premier pass rusher. Ealy could go as early as top 15 and as low as second round, but his upside works for the Cardinals.
