IOWA STATE vs UNC Watch FREE Live Stream Online & Listen: 2014 NCAA Tournament Round 3 Live Coverage of March Madness

Today at 5:15 p.m. ET, No. 3 Iowa State and No. 6 North Carolina tip off live from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, TX as part of the NCAA March Madness tournament in Round 3 action in the Eastern bracket. The game can be live streamed for free here or viewed on CBS. Iowa State fans can hear all of the action on KASI 1430 while UNC fans can do the same on 97.9 WCHL.

UNC and Iowa State take the court in hopes of advancing to a Sweet 16 matchup with UConn.

Iowa State will be without its hottest scorere in Georges Niang, who broke his foot in the team's  93-75 win over North Carolina Central. The Big 12 champion Cyclones will try to move on without their hottest hand.

"Somebody will step up. They always do in situations like this," coach Fred Hoiberg said, according to ESPN.

The Cyclones will lose some of their size when they take the court without Niang, however they still boast the Big 12 player of the year in Melvin Ejim, who leads the team in points per game by averaging 18.1.

Marcus Paige paces the Tar Heels in points per game (17.4) and assists per game (4.3) while he also believes it will be interesting to see his speedy team take on another up-tempo team.

"It will make it interesting," Paige said per ESPN. "We haven't had that many games, I can probably only name a few, where teams have tried to run us. So it will be definitely something to watch."

North Carolina coach Roy Williams said that size could become a liability when Iowa State is able to spread around the ball.

"Coach [Dean] Smith used to say he hated to play somebody when they just lost one of their front line players because everybody banded together even more and were more motivated and all that kind of thing," Williams said via ESPN. "So hate it for that reason, too."

March Madness continues when Iowa State and UNC take the court today in Texas.
