MARINERS vs ANGELS Watch FREE Live Stream Online & Listen: 2014 MLB Opening Day Live Coverage Los Angeles

Tonight at 10:05 p.m. ET, the Seattle Mariners and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim clash in Opening Day action live from Angel Stadium of Anaheim. The game can be live streamed for free here. Seattle fans can hear all of the action on 710 ESPN Radio while Los Angeles fans can do the same on KLAA 830.

Felix Hernandez takes the hill for the Mariners after going 12-10 with a 3.04 ERA last season while Jered Weaver mans the mound for the Angels and put up an 11-8 record with a 3.27 ERA in 2013.

Both teams emptied out their wallets this offseason to improve, most notably with Seattle landing Robinson Cano out from under the Yankees with a 10-year $240 million deal while the Angels spent money to lockdown one of their own in outfielder Mike Trout, who the team inked to a six-year $144.5 million extension.

The Mariners are happy to add Cano, who hit .314 with 27 homers and 107 RBI for the Yankees last season.

"Now that we have him, it's great," outfielder Michael Saunders said of Cano via ESPN. "But the key to our success is more the collective group of this team taking the next step. I strongly believe that being young is no longer an excuse. Just because you're young doesn't mean you can't be good. I think if we collectively take a step forward, we're going to be fighting coming into September, and September games are going to be meaningful."

Trout was a strong player for Los Angeles last season, hitting .323 with 27 homers and 97 RBI. While Trout was strong, the Angels need Albert Pujols (.258 in 99 games last season) and Josh Hamilton (.250 in 151 games last season) to have healthy and productive seasons.

"Our main goal is to try to jump out and turn this thing around," Pujols told MLB.com. "Don't dig a hole that early in the month. You always hear, 'It's early, it's early.' But you don't want to be coming from behind. You want to have a good start."

The 2014 season gets underway for the Mariners and Angels when they take the field at Angel Stadium of Anaheim tonight.
