The wrestling world continues to mourn the death of The Ultimate Warrior a.k.a. Jim Hellwig after he died of complications stemming from heart disease on April 8, and his wife Dana took to his official Twitter account to send out a message to fans, and a television show plans on honoring him in a forthcoming episode.

Dana took to The Warrior's Twitter account to send out a tweet to all of his fans.
"Warrior girls and I will put our toes back in the pond of life," she wrote. "To honor Warrior do something brave today too. He'd tell us all we can be sad but not lazy :) join a gym and put down that chocolate bunny. I'm going for my first run since I lost him; support us by doing something bold, brave and awesome. Dana A. Warrior"

ABC's 1980's-based sitcom The Goldbergs, which airs Tuesday nights on ABC, will be doing a wrestling episode on May 6, and the show also plans on paying tribute to The Warrior before the episode hits the airwaves. According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, the show plans on showing a graphic of The Warrior with "R.I.P." written across it before the wrestling-based episode airs.

The Warrior had a tumultuous relationship with many past wrestling figures and even WWE CEO Vince McMahon, however he was able to make amends and was honored on the final weekend of his life, which included an appearance and induction into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 5 and then his first appearances at WrestleMania XXX and Monday Night RAW in 18 years.
Warrior died the following Tuesday and was honored with a tribute video and 10-bell salute on the following week's RAW while the WWE also paid tribute to him on its WWE Network by running "Warrior Week" and airing a special on his life and legacy.

The Warrior was just 54 when he died, and while many fans mourn a man who was gone too soon, his legacy has certainly made an impact on the wrestling world.
